Book Review ~ The Two Week Arrangement by Kendall Ryan
I received an ARC of Kendall Ryan’s The Two Week arrangement. I enjoyed the book, although not as much as I usually do with Kendall’s books. It’s a two part series and just as I was starting to get interested in the book it was finished and we are left with a cliffhanger and I’m dying to know what happens next!
Dom is always thinking the worst, he was hurt bad by a woman he loved in the past and doesn’t let anyone get close, to the point where he has to pay for sex. So when he lets Presley into his home and life he immediately thinks the worst when he finds a folder in her bag and doesn’t even let her explain before he’s throwing money at her and telling her to get out. I lost all respect for him in that moment and came to the conclusion he deserves to be alone and miserable and I never feel that way towards a hero in a story. I usually fall head over heels for the hero in the story but not this one and it’s that reason that I highly recommend this book. I can only hope that he redeems himself in the conclusion and makes me fall in love with him.
